So, just as I expected, I was too sore to workout this morning. So I rescheduled todays booty workout for tomorrow. That's perfect because it is 30 minutes and I'll have less time to workout tomorrow anyway. I also know I will be sore for a few days after, so be warned! It is a great short lower body routine, but it definitely packs a punch . . . which is why I knew I wasn't ready for it today.
But this was an active rest day so to speak, as I did 20 minutes beginner morning yoga courtesy of Yoga with Adriene, then did a stretching workout for sore muscles with Kelly.
Ended up being just the thing to wake everything up and get going for the day. Enjoy your day!
