I began using a calorie counter app thinking I would hate it and feel restricted but I actually feel a bit empowered. It’s really helping me to make better choices in small things that really add up by the end of the day. Strange thought, today was a rest day for me (am currently doing FB Strong) and this is the first day I’ve struggled with feeling hungry. I went 180 calories over my target calorie intake. The days I work out I feel less hungry. I would have thought on a day when I am burning less energy I would need fewer calories. Thoughts?
