Those are the things I had throughout the day (without snacks). I ate for the total of 1650 calories which is almost exactly my daily goal. So, YAY for non-cheating! :D
So, in the pic:
- oatmeal porridge with almond milk and honey, brown rice cakes with peanut butter and coffee with goat's milk (breakfast);
- borscht with beef (unusual for me, since I hardly ever eat meat) and rice with veggies and cabbage (lunch);
- steamed green beans (canned) with hummus on top of a whole-wheat tortillas and cottage cheese with date syrup (late dinner).
