Flex/Booty Check In

Hey!!! Its Fabulous Friday!!!

I did Flex day one today. I have a new favorite upper body routine.

I have realized that getting up in the morning working out first thing is my best option. So I woke up at 4:30 a.m. I did 15 minutes of yoga, then 15 minutes of HIIT, and then I did the upper body strength training.

Anyone else ?
