I decided to reschedule my day 1 of week 3 of FB Strong to tomorrow. After doing a workout around the beach early inthe morning, I did my volunteering in the Tropical Gardens, where I litterpicked for an hour first, helped to build a bug hotel and clear a wood pile for another three hours. I didn’t think it was a good idea to add today’s FB Strong workout to that. So took it easy all afternoon and went for a very leisurely swim tonight. That workout will wait!!!
