HIIT in the morning

Oh man, it's soooo hard to work out in the morning, if you are not used to it! Usually I do my workout somewhere between 8 and 10 p.m., but today I had to do it before work, so I can get to a Halloween party in time later. Especially the first 10-15 minutes absolutely killed me xD Afterwards I kinda got into it and got back to normal level, but this beginning.... *shiver*
