FB30, Round 2, Day 2

So, after completing Round 1, I begin Round 2. And, I knew this all along, but I need to redefine what I eat, now, as well. My body feels stronger and more flexible, but I am thick around the middle and, at 48, I need to really pay more attention to what I put in this body. I'm not good at drastically eliminating anything, so it's going to be slow going, but I'm going anyway!
