Hi everyone! It's been a while since I posted something, I hope you're all doing well.
I wanted to ask you guys about your thoughts and opinions on intermittent fasting: I've been doing it for almost 3 weeks (with some breaks every 4-5 days) and while I was feeling quite hungry and sluggish in the beginning, now I don't feel the hunger anymore and I can even workout (even do hiit) during my fasted states. I'm currently following the 8 hours feeding vs 16 hours fasting method, that means I eat (healthy of course) between 1 pm and 8-9 pm and don't eat anything (just tea or black coffee) until around 1 pm of the day after. I didn't really see big differences in my weight (just a 0.5 kg drop) but my tummy, while still bloated and quite fat, looks a little bit leaner.
Has any of you guys ever tried this out? What are your experiences and pros/cons according to you?
