Sprained my ankle on the FINAL landing of HIIT. ffs!!!

ARGHHHHHHH!!!!

Well, I know why it happened. I was exhausted. It was the most difficult session I've done since getting back to exercise post-op. I was so happy it was my final jump that I have it my all and landed RUBBISHLY. I did not go for a soft landing, as always suggested by the FB team....

I will BLOOMING WELL get into shape for our Mexico trip at Xmas. I'm going to do abs and upper body, without bearing any weight on my ankle for the first week. Then I'll add cycling on our turbo trainer as low impact cardio for the foot.

My amazing husband was there in seconds with ice and ibuprofen, so hopefully it won't be too bad.

So. Intensely. Angry. With. Myself.
