Hi all! I've been working out with FB for 2 years now but since May I finally got serious about it. I purchased the Iron master adjustable dumbbells. As a 20 Y/O (strong) woman I find that I'm not using 80% of the set and want to change to powerblock because they have more adjustments available. I don't think I'm ever going to use most of this! I am in the above average category of strength and can lift as much as Kelly. I am 59 KG. Would you recommend a particular weight set? Is the sport size enough?
