Hello,"Kelli & Daniel". Lots of love and health for you guys . We are two sisters from (Karachi Pakistan ) and we've been working -out passionately with you for ten months, we want to thank you that what you two have done for us no-one ever did or we think no-one ever can -not you guys have change our lives, our thoughts, our perspectives towards life and specially how to love and nourish our bodies so thanks for all the strength , courage and durability that you gave us and for all of your hard work your time everything and every moment (No words are enough to convey all the things we want to say) thanks a lot.

Mashed Potatoes aka (Aaloo ka Bhurta)
Preparation time:15 min
Cooking time:10 min
Serving:3 to 4
Hard boiled potatoes=7 to 8
Vegetable/Olive oil=2 tbsp
Mustard seeds=1 tsp
Kari leaves =7 to 8
Red chilies flakes=1.5 tsp
Onion finely diced=2
Green chili chopped=3 to 4
Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish
Mashed Potatoes in a bowl and put aside.
Heat oil in a pan & put mustard seeds and Kari leaves and saute till mustard seeds pop out.
Throw onions,green chilies and saute till onion becomes translucent then put potatoes,salt,red chili flakes and mix it well and cook it for 3 to 4 mins until it smells good.
Dish it out and garnish with chopped cilantro leaves.
