Tricep push ups: myth or reality?


Hey guys, I am bummed. I have been doing fb for years now and improved my overall fitness greatly... but somehow I still can’t do tricep push ups!!! Either I stay frozen up there with arms that just wont bend, I lower half an inch or... simply collapse on the floor. I usually lift 7pounds per hand on tricep exercises, which is almost like Kelli... so I dont understand. Anyone else like me? Any tips to get to do them right? I feel like I have noodle arms when I do them!
