2 weeks on for my personal goal

Hello Blenders,

i wanted to tell you that it's been 2 weeks since I haven't eaten any "bad foods" such as bad fat and processed sugar (Yay/ :) ) The worst have been on the weekends but i managed to succeed. On Saturday night I wanted to eat sugar so bad haha I had planned to bake a cake (limon pie that has been going on my mind for so long haha) but since it was late (thank you!!) I did not eat anything and went straight to bed.

I did a workout out (currently doing FB Abs) and it was VERY TOUGH (aren't they all ^^) . When I looked at my self in the mirroir (2 hours after eating) I "flexed" (?) my abs and I swear I could see the lines well defined !! I was so excited I urged my BF to come and have a look (didn't want to think it was only in my mind haha) and he could see them too !!

Trust me when I say THIS is all the motivation I need to not eat sugar and fatty foods haha
