Endurance gain

Hi

My endurance level has gone down pretty drastically it seams.

I had times that I did HIIT level 5.

But now I'm a 2/3. I want to get higher but I get discouraged cuz cardio is not my fave way to workout. I love strength training!!!

I was wondering if anyone can advise me on how to grow my endurance level without hating my workout (as in feeling too forced to do cardio) is strength training enough

I'd do the mixes -tge ones that have both but they don't always come up.

What do you think I should do?
