How are you all doing today? Did you have a good weekend?

I'm still in "sick-mode" over here, and I'd be just about better if I could get rid of this cough! Yuck! Overall though, I don't feel too bad.

Are you guys working out today, or are you resting?

My #WorkoutCompleteForK&D is gonna be more rest. Gotta get rid of the cough before I do anything!

And what about some good food today?

I'm still on soup and fruit! Today's gonna be chili and whatever fruit I have in the fridge haha.
