Callie’s Pumpkin Bread via Muffin

I sometimes like to sub browned butter for oil, brown sugar for white, and milk for water; that’s what I did here and they were fantastic! Very moist, and like Raven mentioned, the spices were perfect.

I got 6 jumbo muffins and decided to top them with my favorite struesel, subbing cream cheese for the butter.
