My hand ganglion cyst acting up again. I can't hold any item that's heavier than plastic or paper. :( no matter how much I tried to not push it, in push ups burpees plank etc. I don't know I will try not to use it at all next days. I have my fb mass for upper body today, I think I 'll do it. It only hurts in rotation movements.
Will I ever get over this ? I love downward dog / plank variation movements . How will I ever master this!!!
