We just wanted to touch base regarding the YouTube outage yesterday that affected access to our videos.
First of all, thank you all who reported issues - as this helps us keep on top of problems and work to resolve them. We really apologize for the inconvenience yesterday; we understand that it is frustrating.
We don't have a lot of information about what happened yesterday (YouTube isn't sharing much), but the outage was significant, of course, and seems to have been a rather unique occurrence.
In this particular instance, as you may have guessed, the problem was outside of our control.
Anyway, things seem to be up-and-running again, so hopefully the issues have been resolved. Please continue to keep us posted on any/all issues you are having and we'll do our best to keep you all working out and getting your #workoutcompletes done!
P.S. We're still looking into specific problems some of you experienced recently with particular devices, operating systems, and browsers.
