No weight loss in 5 months

Hi everyone,

I've been steadily using FB workout programs since April this year. I've done Fit Round 1, Strong, Abs round 1, took 3 weeks break and then another round of Strong and now doing Abs round 2.

I haven't seen any weight loss over these 5 months of exercising. My diet is a lot cleaner than before. I initially tracked my calorie intake and was down on my protein intake. I've tried fixing that as well. The only time I have seen about 2 lbs weight loss is after my 3 week vacation where I didn't really exercise or kept my diet in check. Then after starting my workout routine again within a week or so I gained back those 2lbs.

I'm 5 ft 1 inches and 133lbs. My actual goal was to lose 8 to 10 lbs when I started in April and I haven't lost any yet. I wouldn't say I'm overly worried about it since I have lost inches overall but just curious about not losing even a pound.

Has this happened to anyone else?
