Hi all hope you are all doing good 🙂
I derailed from my workouts due to a huge dose of anxiety that kept me from pretty much everything except sleeping and going to work on auto-pilot.
This happens to me sometimes but I felt it lifting off my shoulders today and tonight I managed an upper body session with Daniel. It was only 30 minutes but I feel so good for getting that green check mark when it seemed impossible I’d ever eat one again yesterday.
Lower body with Kelli I think for tomorrow - onwards and upwards 💪🏻 Xx
