Challenge complete!

I got kicked out of the bed this morning so I started with a bit of yoga and then completed the kickboxing challenge. I must say that I enjoyed this workout but I am confident that if I had done that yesterday I would have had some problems.

while I've been doing workouts this week I have been trying to figure out what to do next. Right before the kickboxing challenge I did ABS round 2 which was awesome.I originally thought I was going to do Fit program next but I think I might do freestyle for the next few weeks while I really try to figure out what's going to work best. Life has been insanely busy and will not get any less busy at least until the beginning of February. I'm still not sure about starting a program so maybe I'll get some clarity after freestyle for a few weeks.
