Build muscle during deficit

Hey guys, i hope you doing amazing!

I wanted to ask how many kg/lb do you lift? What's your progress until now?

Also i wanted to mention, that somehow i managed to gain muscle, build more strenght and loose fat during my current deficit. I never felt more alive eating normal or less food and be more active!

Maybe it's not for everyone the bulking technic!

Do you have a similar experience?
