Feeling to exhausted to work out! HELP

hey there blenders,

I am 4 weeks in to fitnessblenders fit workout program for the second time. The first time I ended up restarting because by week 4 i was just feeling to exhausted to work out for like a week and a half and i am now finding myself in the same situation. i cant be the only one that this happens to. what more can i do to elevate my energy levels I work full time and go to school part time and i really havnt been sleeping well lately im not sure why but i dont want my progress to suffer. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks you guys
