Don't workout injured or ill!!!!!!!!

I don't get why people workout or want to workout, when they are injured or ill. Take a few days rest, get back on your feet and start your workout again.

Working out injured can or will make it worse.

You won't get out of shape for taking a few days off.

I work out to be healthy and really don't get it (I am repeating myself).

Why would I risk a more severe injury?
