Guys I need some help. I've done a number on my left upper arm and need to know what workouts to do. This past weekend was Thanksgiving and we were at my brother's house. I had, had a few to drink and decided to show off some of my gained strength. Well that didn't go so well cause I ended up dropping myself to low in a pushup and not feeling it at the time (alcohol numbing), hurt my arm. I didn't feel it till the next morning when i couldn't lift my arm. So my question is, is there an upper body or total body workout that doesn't work the arms? Thanks in advance.
