Shoulders

I am not sure if anyone has ideas, suggestions or has seen this before. As long as I can remember my arms have never gone straight over my head. They don't hurt or anything like that. They Just stop. I feel it is whymyarms quickly fatigue in down dog. I would like to improve my overhead reach. I've never worked out until the last couple of months. I have never had any injuries. My doctor never seemed concerned when I mention it. I have made microscopic improvement in a couple years with yoga. Any suggestions? Thank you bunches.
