Kick through alternative....

Hi guys, I’ve been a little quiet this week - work has had me exhausted, I actually fell asleep at 7.30 on Friday night! I’ve had another long day at work but I’ve peeled myself off the sofa and done my #workoutcomplete for today. It was a tough one!

Daniels intense at home hiit cardio and abs workout. I feel that I did quite well actually! In fact, I kicked butt tonight. HOWEVER....do you guys have an alternative for kick throughs!? On two rounds I did some sort of Spider-Man lunge???? On the next two rounds I did mountain climbers. I don’t know what the easier equivalent of a kick through is? There’s no way I can jump straight into a kick through in the middle of a workout. Not without a couple of weeks of practice anyway!

Will be thankful for any advice :-)
