I went to a fitness class and I didn't like it 😑

Today I stepped (pun totally intended) out of my comfort zone and joined two of my friends for a step aerobics class. I knew beforehand that I am uncoordinated and they it would be challenging. However, it was too fast paced for my slow brain and I moved slower than intended. I didn't enjoy it as much as my friends did and I kind of wish I had spent that hour doing a level 5 routine here. *sigh*

But I went with my friends and it was good in that respect.
