Tracking Weight for Lifting - A Method

I noticed over the past week or two Blenders were discussing how they keep or if they should keep track of the weight they lift. I wanted to post what I do in the hopes someone might find it useful.

I keep these printouts I created in MS Word nearby( 3 column table). I write in pencil so adjustments and notes can be written on the fly.

The bottom pic is my senior girl Smores. She is such a ham, she just HAD to photo bomb 😆
