Daily Check-in: Monday, October 8th & KICK A$$ COMMUNITY CHALLENGE DAY 1!!

It's the official start of our Kick A$$ Community Challenge! This challenge will last until Friday, October 12th, and is primarily focused on kickboxing workouts! Here's the link to today's workout:

Remember to always take the workouts at your own pace, and if anything feels to difficult or too sore, then don't do it! This is meant to be fun and motivating, not to risk injury! And if you need an extra rest day thrown in there, then please take one! It's all about making this Challenge work for you personally! So do what you need to, be safe, and have fun!!

Ok, so, how are you all doing today? Hopefully feeling good?

I'm actually quite frustrated today! Windows Update has killed my computer (which is why this Check-in is so late this morning)! So I have to spend wwaaaaayyyy too much time trying to see if it can be salvaged (I don't think it can be). So my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D is going to be Day 1 of the Kick A$$ Community Challenge, and I'm going to be imagining that I'm punching Windows Update right in the face! haha

What about you guys? Are you working out today, or are you resting?

And what about some good food today (we have to fuel up after all that kickboxing, of course)?

I'm thinking leftovers! Hubby made a pork roast last night, and we're probably just going to to quick cook some veggies on the side, and that's supper!
