I did my first Official 5/5 workout!!

Hey guys!

I've been working out with FB for well over a year now, and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been. I used to find level 3 was exactly my level when I first started, gradually working my way into level 4. Well, today I did my first official level 5 video and I didn't even skip a single interval! I was so proud of myself! :D

So just wanted to encourage anyone out there feeling discouraged because they're still struggling with the lower level difficulties... IT DOES GET BETTER! You will grow stronger and push through harder and harder things. Keep going and you'll make it!
