Getting Started After Illness

Hey guys!

I have been working out with FB Burn and love it! But this past week, I ended up with a sinus cold and due to that plus several other stressful life factors taking place at the same time, I knew I should probably take a few days off. I'm feeling a lot better now, but not fully well. I was wondering when is a good time to jump back in there without risking getting worse?

My symptoms include runny nose and sore throat if that makes a difference. No fever or heavy coughing from the chest. A little fatigue and headache during the first couple days but not now.
