DAY 1 OF THE Kick A$$ Community Challenge COMPLETE!!

hey guys !

so i just completed -Day 1: Kickboxing & Upper Body Strength Training: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-workout-cardio-kickboxing-strength-and-cardio-workout!

i know i am a bit early because everyone here is supose to start the challenge tomorrow(on monday)... but i wanted to do this challenge in the same week as everyone else and i ussually start my "workouts week" on sunday - and i didnt feel like taking an extra rest day today lol

so it was really fun! i did this workout few times allready in the past- in fact, this is one of my favorites! and every time i do it i am driping in sweat at the end ,and i feel amazing!!

so good luck to all of you with this one tomorrow !! ( especially for those 45 seconds of push up as a burnout at the and- ouchhh lol)
