Coccyx injury

Hi everyone!

I've recently hurt myself by fracturing my coccyx while on holiday and wanted to see if anyone has experience working out with that type of injury.

Prior to my fall, I was doing everything from Daniel and Kelli's HIIT to strength training and pilates. Have completely cut out exercise for two weeks now and am feeling a bit restless, so would love some tips on how to stay in shape.
