What is your "ability" goal?

I got started with FB so I could backpack in the Grand Canyon with my husband - a huge accomplishment for me at age 53. Since then I've realized training for something I really want to do is a great motivator, especially if I commit to something like a big hiking trip (no one's going to carry that pack for me).

Anyone else have a "I want to do this" goal, and how is it going?
