Best way to track progressive overload

Hi everyone, would really appreciate some advice.

Sorry if this seems a silly question, but if you do this, how do you track how much weight you lift and progress over the coming weeks?

Monday I'm starting Flex and BootyR2 and this time round I really want to push my limits.

I'm thinking of creating a spreadsheet for each individual exercise and going from there. But I just wanted to see how and if you guys do this too.
