Any tips for a healthy body image?

Hello everybody,

This is my first post on this platform and i'm actually pretty nervous about this. I've been struggeling with a negative body image for a long time. I starved myself, i binged, did all the wrong things really.

But i'm tired with treating myself badly so a while ago i decided to stop doing this. Fitnessblender helped me a lot with this allready! Right now i have a healthy BMI and I allready feel much better. But I find it hard to keep myself from bad habits. I was wondering if any of you could help me with tips or would care to share your own stories?
