Upper Body Mass Workout

I'm glad this one went by "relatively" quickly. When it comes to lifting heavy and I'm not in the mood, I hate counting reps; I'd much rather have a timer. That way when I see I only have 10 sec to go, I think "c'mon! Two more reps! Do it!" And I often do just that.
