EXHAUSTED. If you’re looking to work the outer glutes, which don’t get hit often enough with the standard workouts, this added “saddlebag” routine is killer! I’m a disgusting, sweaty mess and it feels soooo good! I’m also noticing a signicificant improvement in my cardio endurance, especially with the dreaded jump squats. Hit 168 bpm today! :D
