Working out when having a cold

Hi, FB Family!

I'v been sick with a cold since Saturday, and haven't excercised since then. I'm getting better but am still pretty stuffy. Now I'm going a little crazy not working out. I can really feel in my body that I need to move and get my heartrate going. Should I maybe do a 3/5 w.o and just see how it feels? (I usually do 4/5 or 5/5 w.o's)

What are your experiences working out when you're sick?
