October 1st - crushed 💪🏻

So after my “so-so okish but could’ve been better” month in September, I’m determined to wipe the floor with October.

Today’s calendar produced this brutal number (jeez, it’s brutal 😥😥) but it’s workout complete and my eating on track too so delighted with myself !
