How to prevent back pains after a routine?

Hi, I'm having a problem with back pains lately. This usually happens after a workout and sometimes I still feel it the next day. Especially after doing Deadlifts or any strength training exercises that require me to lean forward. It could be because of my bad postures but I'm not really sure and I would love to get some advice to fix this problem.
