Changing workout time

I haven’t worked out in a week, have only managed to get a few warm ups in before my toddler wakes up. It’s 7:08 here now and he has me held hostage.

I really prefer working out in the morning because I have (had) the house to myself and I love having it done. I was in week 3 of a programme and feeling great. Working out later means pushing my paperwork out later and affecting my sleep. Sleep is another thing that I’m working on for my health and didn’t want to compromise it. I have worked out after the kids go to bed but couldn’t sleep for hours. My husband works late shifts so I’d have very frustrating workouts with kids hanging off me.

Can I workout for a minute or two here and there over the course of the day? Does anyone do this? What do you do?
