Cardio only week

Hey all, I hope everyone is well.

I was wondering if anyone has experience or opinions on taking a week off strength training and focusing purley on cardio for a week? I was thinking to do 3/4 days HIIT and 1 or 2 longer steady state cardio.

My thoughts are that this might activate stubborn fat loss. I have been using strength training and cardio for 10 weeks but still have stubborn belly fat.

Just wondering everyones thoughts on this.
