September’s workouts

So this is my Sept calendar. Roughly finished up FB30 and now on day 4 of Strong.

Not anywhere as consistent as I would have liked but you know what, considering I’ve had a few ‘life things’ thrown my way, had a nasty cold and a pretty bad week this week with my anxiety - I don’t think I’ve done too bad at all. I’ve also adopted and MAINTAINED some better eating habits (more fresh stuff, less mindless snacking and more realistic portion sizes).

If I can repeat the same this month I’ll be delighted, if I can improve I’ll be over the moon !!
