FB Sweat #programcomplete PFT Results

When I started Sweat I was actually pretty happy with the PFT results from day 1. I hadn't done a test in ages and was surprised by some of the times/reps. I would have been perfectly happy if not much had changed. However I'm happy to report that I was able to see some improvement in all areas of the PFT - 👍

1 Mile Run - with incline: 10:50 went to 10:30

Squats with 21lbs each hand: 20 reps went to 30 reps

Push-Ups: 15 full went to 20 full

Reach: +2.25" went to +2.5"

Plank: 2 minutes went to 2:20 minutes

I am more than thrilled, The power of FB is real! 😎
