I have bought a program and have scheduled it into the calendar. However, I already know that I will be missing workouts for four days straight in the middle of the program and am trying to reschedule the workouts from this point onward.
More clearly, I will be missing workouts from the 28-31 October. Is there a way to simply reschedule these workouts to November 1, resuming the program where I leave off,
When I try to do, I can only reschedule the entire program, which I don't want to do. Nor do I want to resume on November 1st with having to go back four days to the October 28th program...it gets confusing.
It woud be great, if we miss a few days, that we can simply push the rest of the program forward so that the calendar remains true to the workout day.
