This is myself before having a child, then during final month of my pregnancy and 12 months after delivering a baby. In these 12 months, I gained and lost again 90 pounds. 12 months of permanent sleep deprivation, constant lack of time for any activity, countless energy crises, endless feedings, burping, changing, rocking, pacing, and repeating. Luckily I knew FitnesBlender before and that is what literally saved me. Starting with simple postpartum excercises and slowly taking on HITs during my son’s nap times a daily portion of cardio training became my routine. Today I can say that I would not be where I am without you guys. It is not only about your body. It is about your strength. You can do it. Thank you for wonderful job guys 🌹
