Back to basics post-op and proud: Day 2 Low Impact COMPLETE

Feeling AMAZING doing this workout today. I did the Sweat and Abs programmes in the first half of the year, so usually I'd be able to do much much more, but this is the second day, after 10 weeks of no exercise allowed, that I'm back to working out. It feels like I'm me again 😀 Yes, it's a bit shocking that I feel like a total beginner after doing so much more before, but I know I'll get back there because I know how I improved when I first started FB. I did the extra credit Abs workout too 😊 so happy right now!
