Getting creative with healthy food

Hey Blenders,

So i dont know about you bur personally I get tired of the same bland veggies and foods over and over again needless to say I like to get creative in the kitchen. I was in the kitchen yesterday short on time and threw together this delicious stir fry dish which i would love to share with you guys

2/3 cup brown rice (cooked)

1 cup broccoli

1 cup green bean (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup carrots

6 oz protein of choice (ive tried it with shrimp and chicken)

1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp fresh raw honey

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions: cook meat of choice in pan add all veggies into pan and cook to preference lower heat and mix in soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds, serve over top of rice if desired
